The Investors in People Standard is a straightforward, proven framework for delivering business improvement through people. In April 2006 Two Beeches, Acacia House and our Head Office were awarded the Standard. All our other Homes are currently working towards gaining recognition.

The Liverpool Care Pathway is a recognised model of care that specialises in palliative care. It has been developed to take the best of hospice care into the community and nursing homes. The development of the LCP in all our Homes has been led by our Training Manager (Liz Webb) and provides a palliative care approach which improves the quality of the final days of life for the client and their families.

The Commission for Social Care Inspection is the regulatory body ensuring the Minimum Care Standards are met within the private sector. All inspections are unannounced and the latest reports for each of our Homes can be downloaded from the CSCI website or our individual Home's pages on this site.

The quality of care, management and administration delivered in all our Homes is monitored and maintained using the RNHA Blue Cross Quality Assurance system.
